The releaseparty for the forthcoming Red Harvest album "A greater Darkness" will take place at Club Maiden in Oslo (NO), and Red Harvest will play the entire new album live.
Clearing up a few things around next year...
Looks like someone has booked a tour for us in some parts of Europe and even in Norway in April and May next year without even asking us first. So, if you really want to see us play and want to buy tickets to a show, please check twice that we're actually playing. We will most likely play in Europe in the spring 2007, but NOT as part of a tour.

Red Harvest is currently in Multimono studio recording their next album.
Erik entered the studio on the fine date of 6.6.6 to do the drum tracks.

The Live DVD release is scheduled for release in Europe and the rest of the word on June 12th 2006, and in the USA on July 11th!
Listen up! Things happen fast now. We have agreed to release the entire gig that we recorded in September 2005 on DVD. The gig was filmed at Rockefeller Music Hall in Oslo with a professional film team with twelve cameras. The mixing of the sound has already started, and the clipping of the visual part is almost done.
So, soon we'll be back with full tracklist, title, releasedate and stuff. We believe it will be out before the summer. We are also busy looking for cool clips and interesting things to put on the DVD as extra material. Hopefully we have some real goodies up our sleeves that you all will find interesting.
A new year - 2006 is here. Red Harvest will start recording the new album in June in Multimono studio. At the moment we are working on new songs and the pre production for the album. We will try to keep you updated with song titles and stuff when it is ready.

We have started rehearsing new material now. The puzzle to get ideas, pieces and sick thoughts into some kind of system has started. When that is done, we must pick a studio... suggestions anyone?
We have seen the first clips from the DVD shoot at Rockefeller. It looks great and from what we hear from the camerasound, the playing and sound is very good too. We will keep you updated about how we're going to use it: As a single DVD release or extra bonus with the coming album.

The 'DVD' gig was recorded on the 24th of September and the show was great! We are not quite sure what will become of this gig and the DVD shoot, if it will be a “DVD only” release or a “DVD bonus” on our next album. But it kicked major ass. Also thanx to Tjuder, Confessor, Arcturus and Season Of Mist for making it a evening to remember.

Red Harvest decided to become “Rock N Roll” for a few days some weeks ago, and recorded a version of Ramone's "Somebody Put Something in My Drink" as a contribution to a “Scandinavian Tribute To The Ramones” album. The album will be out October 25th.
When we get home from the tour we will focus on the new material. No gigs or fooling around.

Red Harvest enters Subsonic Society studios in Norway on January 30. to record their next album.
The album is scheduled to be mixed in May at Fredman Studios, Sweden.

It looks like one of the promotors has disappeared, and it looks like they have cut down when it comes to number of bands playing at the festival. Unfortunately Red Harvest is one of the bands taken off the bill. Please don't blame the band for this, we have even delayed the recording of our new album because we thought we would play.
The Budapest gig has been replaced by a gig in Jena, Germany instead.
